Header Graphic

Decided to snazz up the header from the standard text-on-background. This was adapted from a photo of the Detroit skyline found on Wikimedia Commons. It was taken by Shawn Wilson in 2004 and is used under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license. The original is much prettier, but I had to drastically cut the color depth.
